Eduman Personal Fitness Coaching

I believe in warming up first with aerobic exercises before doing weights, and to get into the workout. Stretching only takes place at the end of a workout (ideally every workout). All movements take the back into account, since I personally have had to learn to work around a bad back.

My Personal fitness coaching forms part of Leadership Wellness Coaching at the same hourly rate, and minimum 4 sessions per month.

I have kept myself in good shape for my age, trained virtually every day of my life since the age of 16yrs, and therefore can show potential clients that I have a good idea of what I'm talking about.

I challenge people to train at least 3-4 times week. This becomes a lifestyle rather than a huge mission. Aerobic/anaerobic split is suggested to be 70/30, certainly for people over the age of 40 years. I work with their preferences on aerobic activity-this could include treadmill, cross-trainer, bike, rowing, and swimming.

Weights are also a key component of a healthy exercise routine. The right movement is key, as is learning to train with what your body is telling you. I keep the routine as simple as possible, which also accommodates the time and boredom factors. Big muscle groups, like chest, back, shoulders, legs, all automatically use parts of the arms and legs, hence it is not necessary to just do arms and legs. I also generally keep weights lighter and go for form and 15-30 reps of any exercise.

I also bring my general knowledge of eating and supplements to the table.
